Integrate SMS in L J Hooker MOVE

Updating Settings in MOVE

Once your Edgility account has been set up, you will need your API details (Access Token and Token ID) in your Welcome Email or by logging onto the Web Portal -www.edgility.com.au and going to Settings > API.

Log into MOVE and go to;

  • Office Settings > Mail & SMS
  • Select the SMS Provider then enter the API details.
  • SMS Provider: Edgility
  • Login: Access Token
  • Password: Token ID

(Access Token and Token ID can be found in your Edgility Welcome Email or by logging onto the Web Portal -going to Settings > API)

Please ensure the following settings are correct for each staff member that require access to send SMS and Bulk SMS:

Log into MOVE and hover over the name in the top right corner and click on;

Profile Menu > Staff > Click on staff member > SMS > Ensure the following fields are filled in correctly:

  • SMS Provider: Edgility
  • Login: Access Token
  • Password: Token ID

Repeat this step for each staff member requiring access to SMS

(Each staff member will have their own unique Access Token and Token ID. The administrator of the account can find these by logging onto the Web Portal -www.edgility.com.au and going to Management > User Management > Export Users)

Please Note: Your message will be sent “From” whatever is set as the default in your MessagePort account.
L J Hooker Move has updated its settings to allow users to either use the default SMS configuration of the account OR provide their own credentials in User settings. Setting users up individually will allow them to set their own Sender ID.
