ContactsTo ensure you never miss a reply to an SMS you have sent, you can enable email notifications of received messages as well as use the Web Inbox badges.
To enable Reply to Email notifications, go to;
1. Settings > Profile & Settings.
2. Click on the Notifications tab, ensure the Reply to Email toggle is enabled.
3. Click Save.
